Privacy Policy

When you submit a quote request or general enquiry through this site, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, company, phone number (optional), industry, and the contents of your message, along with any valve models you added to the enquiry. We do not require an account and do not collect payment information on this site.

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry — to prepare quotes, answer technical questions, and follow up on opportunities you've raised with us. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Enquiry details are delivered to our sales team via our email service provider, solely to transmit the message — they are not used by that provider for any other purpose. If you accept analytics cookies (see below), Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (Meta Pixel) also receive data about how you use this site. Neither receives anything until you accept.

Analytics and advertising cookies are off by default. The first time you visit, we ask whether you accept them; nothing is loaded from Google or Meta unless you choose Accept. Your choice is remembered in your browser and you can change it at any time.

If you accept, two services are enabled where configured:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google) — sets _ga and _ga_* cookies to count visitors and see which pages are used. It may collect your browser, device, approximate location and pages visited. Google privacy policy.
• Meta Pixel (Meta) — sets the _fbp cookie to measure how effective our advertising is and to recognise a visit that leads to an enquiry. Meta may link this to your Meta account if you have one. Meta privacy policy.

If you later reject, we delete these cookies and stop loading both services. Data already sent to Google or Meta is governed by their policies.

Always on: the site also stores a few items in your browser that never leave your device and are not used for tracking — your quote cart (valvax-quote-cart), your light/dark preference (vx-theme), whether you have seen the intro animation this session, and your cookie choice (valvax-consent).

We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a record of the business relationship, and delete it on request (see contact details below).

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've submitted to us at any time by writing to sales@valvax.co.
