How do I get a datasheet or dimensional drawing?

Request it through the contact form with the valve model or category — we issue documentation per enquiry so you always receive the current revision, usually within one working day.

What pressure classes do you manufacture?

ASME Class 150 through 2500 across the cast range, and Class 800–2500 in compact forged valves. Diaphragm valves are rated PN 10–16.

Which materials are available?

Standard bodies in ASTM A216 WCB carbon steel, A351 CF8/CF8M stainless and A995 5A duplex; forged valves in A105, F304/F316 and F11/F22. Exotic materials and NACE MR0175 sour-service options are quoted per enquiry.

How is every valve tested?

Each valve is hydro-tested to API 598 — shell, seat and backseat — in test bays rated to Class 2500. Fire-safe designs are type-tested to API 607 / 6FA. Third-party witness inspection is welcome.

What are typical lead times?

Standard catalogue valves typically ship in 6–10 weeks depending on size and class. Bespoke configurations are quoted with a firm delivery at the engineering-review stage.

Can you match a competitor valve or legacy installation?

Yes — send the nameplate details or the original datasheet and we will propose a dimensionally interchangeable equivalent from our range.
